Place an item on hold
A basic search:
Log in using your library card number and PIN
Type in your search term in the box
Click on SEARCH button
Click on title to see where the item is held. Select Place Hold then select pick-up library from the drop-down menu. You will see a message Hold Successful.
OR
Select HOLD button.  Select pick-up library, and HOLD button again, you will see a message Hold Successful.
Your search will encompass the whole library catalogue.
No copies available means that there are no copies currently on the shelf – they may be out on loan, and you can still place a hold on the item.
Do you want to limit your search?
Choose a format from the drop-down menu e.g. dvds, books
Do you want to search further afield that High Country? Use the drop down menu and choose ALL – this will search the library catalogues of 14 other library services across the state.

The Advanced Search will give you more search options.

Still  can’t find what you are looking for? Choose the Request an item option under My Library Account in the right hand column. Give as many details as you can, and we will try to get the item for you.
Don’t forget to log out again when finished.
